Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead nursing teams in a dynamic long-term care setting. You will support staffing, oversee resident care, develop care plans, and ensure documentation accuracy while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualified candidates are licensed RNs with strong leadership, clinical judgment, and experience in geriatric or long-term care.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing with state board.
• Experience leading nursing teams in long-term care or geriatric settings.
• Strong assessment, clinical decision-making and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support staffing needs and assist floor staffing when needed.
• Oversee resident care, including MDS, care planning, performance improvement, and infection control programs.
• Hire, train, evaluate, assign, and delegate nursing duties based on census and budget.
• Maintain accurate resident documentation and records.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing teams to develop individualized care plans.
• Ensure access to equipment, supplies, and care resources for staff.
• Conduct infection control assessments and implement preventive measures.

We’re seeking a dedicated and reliable Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team! This leadership role plays a vital part in ensuring quality resident care, staff support, and regulatory compliance. Success in this position requires dependability, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to multitask and collaborate in a dynamic environment.

Your Impact as an Assistant Director of Nursing

In this role, you will:

• Support Staffing Needs: Step in to assist floor staffing when needed

• Oversee Resident Care: Contribute to MDS, care planning, Performance Improvement, and Infection Control programs

• Manage Nursing Staff: Hire, train, evaluate, assign, and delegate nursing duties based on census and budget needs

• Ensure Accurate Documentation: Review and maintain up-to-date and accurate resident records

• Develop Care Plans: Collaborate with physicians, nursing teams, and consultants to design individualized care plans

• Support Staff Resources: Ensure timely access to equipment, supplies, and other care resources

• Uphold Infection Control: Conduct assessments and implement effective infection control measures
