Job summary

Alliance Health at Marina Bay in North Quincy, MA is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to lead daily nursing operations and ensure delivery of high-quality resident care.

You will support the Director of Nursing, coordinate across departments, and drive staff development, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced long-term care setting.

Compensation includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a collaborative culture with an experienced leadership team.

Qualifications

• RN license (Massachusetts) required.
• CPR certification required.
• 3+ years nursing leadership experience, preferably as ADON in long-term care or sub-acute settings.
• Wound care certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations.
• Support nursing staff and ensure all policies and procedures are followed.

Are you an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing, who may be interested in joining our dynamic team at Alliance Health at Marina Bay? You’ll be working alongside a dedicated Director of Nursing with over 20 Years of Nursing Home experience, and department heads who have been part of this facility for many years and are committed to supporting your success.

As ADON, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring policies and procedures are followed and helping to maintain the high standard of care our residents deserve. You'll also help coordinate nursing services with other departments to ensure seamless, consistent care across the board.
