The ideal candidate holds a Texas nursing license, CPR certification, and supervisory experience in healthcare, with infection control knowledge and familiarity with long-term care standards. We offer comprehensive benefits and PTO.

Qualifications for Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) :

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.
• Education, training, experience, or certification in infection control and prevention.
• Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
