Job summary

CFG Health Systems, LLC seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing in guiding the medical unit’s care and operations, advising medical staff and administrators, and leading day-to-day nursing staff activities.

The ADON will help develop policies, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise staff, and participate in quality initiatives while modeling professional standards and a culture of safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and an active RN license.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Current CPR certification and ability to pass health screenings.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed.

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)Position Summary:Supports and assists the Director of Nursing in administering and leading the nursing program of the medical unit to maintain high standards of patient care.
