AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team in El Paso, Texas. The ADON will assist the Director of Nursing with overall clinical management and help build a high-performing nursing staff.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas Nursing License, CPR certification, and at least one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, with knowledge of long-term care standards and infection control.

Qualifications

Qualifications for Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) :

• Valid Texas Nurse License.

• Valid CPR Certification.

• Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.

• Education, training, experience, or certification in infection control and prevention.

• Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
