AVIR Health Group invites qualified candidates for the role of Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). This supervisory position supports the Director of Nursing with clinical management and culture-building within a high-performing team.

The ADON oversees nursing operations, ensures regulatory compliance, guides infection prevention, and drives quality initiatives while delivering compassionate care in our Dallas, Texas facility.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas RN license and current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and infection prevention best practices.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and staff development.

We are searching for a Licensed Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to assist in building a high-performing team and culture.

The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) is responsible for assisting and supporting the Director of Nursing with the overall clinical management of the facility.

Qualifications for Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) :

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.
• Education, training, experience, or certification in infection control and prevention.
• Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
