Job summary

St. Louis Jewish Community Center is seeking an Assistant Director, Programming, Retreats, and Rentals (PRR) in St. Louis, MO. Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field is required.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and lead summer programming that reflects the camp's mission and Jewish identity.
• Oversee Judaic program and foodservice quality; manage staff delivering these programs.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and lead programming staff and counselors.
• Travel periodically to support recruitment efforts and outreach.
• Manage program budgets, materials, and procurement; ensure safety standards.
