Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing Services (RN) for Brownsburg Meadows. The ADNS oversees resident care in a long-term care setting and partners with the Director of Nursing to ensure high clinical standards and compliance with federal, state, and corporate policies.

The role focuses on staff development, policy implementation, and maintaining a compassionate care environment while guiding nursing teams to deliver safe, quality care that respects residents

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or eligibility for Indiana licensure.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident care provision and nursing policies in coordination with DNS.

Assistant Director of Nursing Services (RN) Brownsburg Meadows

Experience in long term care / skilled nursing setting required.

The Assistant Director of Nursing Services assumes delegated responsibility and accountability for the provision of resident care according to professional standards of nursing practice. In coordination with the Director of Nursing Services, the ADNS develops, communicates, and maintains nursing policies and procedures that reflect current clinical practice, professional standards, and company and facility philosophy of care consistent with Federal and State laws and corporate policies and procedures.

Skills Needed:

• Leadership: A desire to inspire and motivate clinical staff and foster a positive work environment.
• Clinical Knowledge: A solid foundation of nursing knowledge and skills while maintaining compliance to company, Federal and State standards.
• Staff Development: Willingness to coach and mentor clinical staff.
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with staff, residents and residents families.
• Supportive Presence: Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
