Qualifications

• Experience in early learning leadership roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Director in leading the team to deliver high-quality early learning and care.
• Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team.
• Oversee centre operations in the Centre Director’s absence.
• Apply and promote the Goodstart Practice Guide.
