Position Summary:

Collaborates with creative leaders to develop innovative layout options that meet client expectations.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan, conduct, and supervise assignments with general supervision, reviewing progress and evaluating results.
• Collaborate with the Client Manager on project updates and deliverables communication.
• Uphold client style guides and ensure materials reflect current branding.
• Deliver high-quality final products to clients, managing project documentation properly.
• Engage and retain team members by communicating the value of Cencora’s solutions.
• Foster an open, collaborative environment through effective communication.
• Lead by example in policy compliance.
• Conduct regular meetings to review projects, performance, and team development.
• Demonstrate and coach high-quality verbal and written proposal skills.
• Maintain expertise in relevant areas, expanding knowledge of Cencora services.
• Participate in industry associations to develop and showcase expertise.
• Identify development opportunities and align team skills with business needs.

Experience & Educational Requirements:

• Four-year bachelor’s degree in graphic arts or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7+ years of related graphic arts experience and supervisory experience.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Ability Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge in graphic arts, capable of teaching others.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong multimedia technology skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Excellent listening, interpretation, and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness for challenging projects and learning.
• Proactive in seeking feedback and leadership opportunities within expertise areas.
