Job summary

Primrose School of Midtown Oklahoma City is seeking an Assistant Director Education (Education Coach) to lead and support teaching staff, ensuring delivery of our Balanced Learning curriculum.

You will participate in staff selection, coordinate training plans with the Leadership Team, and coach teachers to foster engagement and improved outcomes for children. The role emphasizes growth, collaboration, and a commitment to the Primrose mission.
