Job summary

The Goddard School of Frisco Legacy, TX is seeking a motivated Assistant Director to help oversee daily school operations and ensure top-quality education and care for children in the Frisco community.

You will assist the Director with staff management, licensing compliance and building strong relationships with families and the community, while supporting the proprietary Wonder of Learning program to spark curiosity.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of child development and early learning best practices.
• Experience in team leadership and classroom management.
• Commitment to high-quality education and positive relationships with families.
• Must pass state background checks and meet state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the School
• Staff Management: Support recruitment, training, development and supervision of staff
• Curriculum and Program Development: Assist in implementing the Wonder of Learning program to spark curiosity and growth
• Family and Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with families
• Health and Safety: Conduct safety drills and ensure licensing compliance
