The Goddard School in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a motivated Assistant Director to help oversee daily operations, uphold high standards of education and care, and support the Director in staffing and licensing compliance. You will lead staff, help implement the Wonder of Learning curriculum, engage families and the community, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for children.

This on-site role offers opportunities for growth in a state-of-the-art early childhood program.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in ECE or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience teaching in early childhood education.
• Strong knowledge of child development and classroom management.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Genuine love for children and commitment to high-quality education.

Responsabilités

• Administrative Support: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the School.
• Staff Management: Support recruitment, training, development and supervision of staff.
• Curriculum and Program Development: Assist in implementing Wonder of Learning program to spark curiosity and growth.
• Family and Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with families.
• Health and Safety: Conduct regular safety drills and ensure licensing compliance.
