Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an early childhood or administrative setting.
• Knowledge of NAEYC Program Standards preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Serves as second-in-command at the site, managing all staff scheduling.
• Processes and approves time off requests.
• Ensures compliance with licensing paperwork at the site level.
• Manages family communication and enrollment support.
• Participates in leadership meetings and contributes to decision-making.
