Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in insurance and/or construction.
• Minimum 5 years team management experience.
• Minimum 5 years project management experience.
• Travel required locally, regionally, and nationally.
• Active relationships with national adjusters, attorneys and insurance carriers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team operations and staffing.
• Review deliverables and maintain KPI tracking.
• Manage project setup, schedules, and budgets.
• Coach and mentor team members on inspections and deliverables.
• Develop client relationships and obtain new work.
