The Breakie Bunch is seeking an awesome leadership candidate who can take initiative, works well in a team, and has experience with The Creative Curriculum. This role blends classroom presence with office leadership and envisions a promotion to director within a year.

Responsibilities include supporting teachers, creating a monthly newsletter and activity calendar, handling family communications, and ensuring licensing and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and be a true team player.
• Meet State licensing requirements for a director or be working toward it.
• CPR and First Aid certification is required.
• Desire to grow with The Breakie Bunch and lead by example.
• Love for teaching and strong commitment to children.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers with a positive attitude and leadership.
• Create a monthly newsletter for families and staff.
• Create a monthly activity calendar and plan classroom activities.
• Distribute Scholastic flyers, order materials, and share books when delivered.
• Participate in ongoing training for personal growth.
• Enter new family information into all systems.
• Oversee schedule changes after distribution and maintain enrollment records.
• Keep enrollment forms stocked and track immunization records.
• Maintain child schedule changes and file paperwork.
• Update staff and family contact information as needed.
