Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director to support the School Director in Bloomington, IL. The role emphasizes safe, effective operation and compliance with state licensing and company standards, with the Director absent.

You'll promote growth and development of children, recruit and retain qualified staff, and ensure a caring, educational environment that reflects the company's values and community role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the school is operating safely and in accordance with company and state licensing standards.
• Foster an educational, caring, safe environment for children and parents.
• In the Director's absence, assume sole responsibility for the school.
• Recruit, select, and retain quality staff.
• Promote the positive image of the company and contribute to profitability.
