Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director for our La Petite Academy in Kissimmee, Florida. The role ensures safe, effective school operations alongside the School Director and maintains a nurturing environment for children and families.

Responsibilities include promoting growth, supporting staff, and upholding licensing standards. This full-time position offers a stable, people-focused workplace with ongoing training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsabilités

• The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group's safety vision.
• In the Director's absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school.
• The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children
