Job summary

KinderCare is seeking an Assistant Center Director to help lead teaching staff, support families, and meet enrollment, accreditation, and operational goals at our Lakewood, CO location.

You will partner with parents to provide exceptional early childhood education, build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners, and perform various center roles as needed.

Qualifications

• At least two years of early childhood education experience.
• Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices and classroom implementation.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal, listening, and communication skills.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state specific guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer, lift 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to communicate with children and their parents in English.
