We partner across HR functions to help leaders make better decisions through data-driven insights, meaningful measurement, and strategic consultation. We are seeking an Assistant Director, Advanced Analytics to serve as a senior individual contributor and trusted advisor. Leadership is exercised through expertise, influence, project leadership, and mentorship. In this role, you will partner with leaders to frame complex business questions, develop measurement and analytics strategies, and deliver insights that inform decision-making. You will lead highly visible, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through recommendation, combining analytical rigor, business acumen, and compelling storytelling to drive action.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical skills with exceptional consulting, stakeholder management, and communication capabilities, allowing them to operate effectively as both an analytics expert and strategic advisor. This position offers the opportunity to shape how the organization measures, understands, and acts on people and organizational insights while helping advance the capabilities and impact of Enterprise Insights.
