Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 5+ years of relevant experience in an academic setting, with supervisory experience.
• Experience in Higher Education or Graduate School; familiarity with NIH T32 awards; budgeting oversight.
• Experience with database management software, especially Microsoft Access; proficiency in Excel and LaTeX.

Responsibilities

• Admissions: develop and manage policies, track data, and report admissions decisions for multiple programs.
• Curriculum: oversee course offerings, instructor assignments, TF process, and program proposals.
• Policy Development: coordinate degree program policy with program directors and registrars.
• Financial Management: lead funding strategy, allocate fellowships, and oversee departmental budgets.
• Data Management: maintain student progress records, course archives, and NIH T32 data.
• Committee Leadership: staff education-focused committees and coordinate with registrar and admissions offices.
• Other duties as required.
