Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director to oversee daily operations with the School Director, ensuring safety and high-quality care for children and families. In the director’s absence, you’ll lead the school and maintain program standards.

You will promote children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth while fostering a learning-friendly, collaborative environment for staff and parents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director.
• In the Director’s absence, assume sole responsibility for the school.
• Assist in promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
