Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant Director of Dining Services II to oversee day-to-day food service operations at a small to medium location. You will manage and develop a team of associates, nurture client relationships, and support profitability and financial goals within your area.

You will work with the Chef and management to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals, implement culinary programs, and maintain strong client connections.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of food service supervisory or lead experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
• Associate’s degree is preferred.

Job Summary

• Manages, trains, and develops associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
