Job summary

Erickson Senior Living, Maris Grove, in Glen Mills, PA, is seeking an Assistant General Manager of Dining Services to lead the dining operations across restaurant, café and supervisory roles. You will focus on staffing, training and development, ensuring portions, presentation and service meet standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of dining room management, service, and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, training, hiring, coaching, and development of all employees in the restaurant, café, and supervisory positions.
• Ensure that food is properly portioned, plates are attractively presented, and service meets established standards.
• Supervise the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, kitchen, storage areas, and loading dock.
• Ensure that dining staff complies with safety regulations and adheres to all company policies and procedures.
• Participate in programs and activities designed to enhance employee and resident satisfaction.

Location: Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living

Assistant General Manager of Dining Services

Compensation: Starts at $58,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

How you will make an impact:
