Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Dining Services Assistant Manager to support daily dining operations at a long-term care facility. The role focuses on high food quality, safety, and exceptional resident service, with hands-on supervision and training of staff.

The position emphasizes compliance with dietary guidelines and HCSG policies, while maintaining inventory records and coordinating schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in food service management or a similar role is desired.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in dining services.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and report generation.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area is required.
