Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Oxnard, CA is seeking a Training Coach to develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure customers receive exceptional service and accurate product information.

You will lead certification courses, manage merchandising, assist customers, operate the POS, and help keep the showroom organized while upholding safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Product Sales Specialists to deliver attentive, accurate customer service.
• Complete all product specialist certification courses.
• Ensure proper merchandising, pricing and department organization.
• Communicate SOPs and changes to all associates in a timely manner.
• Operate POS for checkout and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Present how-to classes to customers and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Manage inventory needs and ensure correct placement and pricing of products.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Follow safety procedures including forklift certification and lifting requirements.
• Create price tags and signage for displays.
