Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring an Assistant Dental Office Manager to lead front-office operations. You will report to the Manager and oversee non-clinical staff, ensuring smooth daily tasks and high-quality patient interactions. The eight-week training program prepares you to succeed in this role.

You will verify insurance payments, schedule patients, and coordinate with the clinical team to present treatment options while maintaining excellent customer service and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking; place a premium on leveraging data.
  • Organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
  • Consult with patients on treatment options provided by clinical team, verifying insurance payment and collection ensuring high quality of care
  • Under the direction of the Manager, supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team
  • Review data day to day to evaluate the impact on the practice
  • Oversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments
  • Verify insurance payment, collection, balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
  • Additional tasks assigned by the Manager

How You'll Make a Difference

As an Assistant Dental Office Manager, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients.
