Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Assistant Dental Office Manager (Operations Lead) in Erie to lead daily front-office tasks, supervise non-clinical staff, and support patients with exceptional service. An eight-week training program will prepare you to succeed in this role.

You’ll work closely with the management team, oversee scheduling, verify insurance payments, and contribute to a positive practice environment with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking; place a premium on leveraging data.
  • Organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Consult with patients on treatment options provided by clinical team, verifying insurance payment and collection ensuring high quality of care.
  • Under the direction of the Manager, supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team.
  • Review data day to day to evaluate the impact on the practice.
  • Oversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
  • Verify insurance payment, collection, balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
  • Additional tasks assigned by the Manager.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As an Assistant Dental Office Manager, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in an eight-week training program to succeed in your role.
