Coborn's is seeking a Deli Department Assistant Manager in Waite Park, MN to support the Deli Department Manager in daily operations and guest service at the deli counter. You will assist with slicing, weighing, packaging and labeling, while ensuring accuracy in recordkeeping, inventory, and shrink control.

This role involves directing staff, counseling, training, performance evaluations, and supervision to maintain a high standard of service.

Overview

In this role, the Deli Department Assistant Manager will assist the Deli Department Manager with all functions of operating a successful department. The Deli Department Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring employees are providing remarkable guest service to guests at the deli counter. This individual is a self starter who jumps in to assist with slicing, weighing, packaging and labeling of deli items for guests as needed. Additional duties include accurate recordkeeping, customer service, employee relations, expense control, inventory, shrink, public relations, stocking, and control freshness by rotating removing out-of-date merchandise. Responsible for directing staff when in charge of the department to include: directing workload, counseling, training, performance evaluations, and supervision.

Pay Range

USD $18.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
