Job summary

The Assistant Dean for GME, Technology, and Program Development at TUCOM Vallejo Campus leads the development and expansion of graduate medical education programs, working closely with the Associate Dean and clinical partners. This role emphasizes strategic administration, stakeholder engagement, and program oversight across undergraduate and graduate medical education sites.

Responsibilities include advancing technology-enabled education, AI and simulation initiatives, and aligning investments

Qualifications

• Must hold a medical license in California (D.O. or M.D.).
• Completion of an ACGME/AOA internship or residency.
• Board certification or eligibility within 2 years of hire.
• Experience in graduate medical education (GME) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing GME programs and supporting UME programs.
• Oversee and monitor GME programs and collaborate with partners.
• Represent TUCOM in academic, clinical, and public relations settings.
