Job summary

PulteGroup Inc. is hiring an Assistant Customer Care Manager for our Brentwood, TN operations. The role supports warranty management, on-site inspections, and customer communications to maintain homebuyer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a university degree or equivalent, 0–2 years of experience, and excellent verbal and written communication, plus basic computer skills. You will coordinate repairs, monitor service requests, and contribute to CCM certification while helping a diverse team

Responsibilities

• Complete Division and onboarding training programs.

• Develop literacy in construction warranty, materials, and standards.
• Responsible for build quality confirmation before customer delivery.
• Monitor warranty repairs and validate service progression.
• Coordinate and conduct on-site warranty inspections and generate work orders.
• Follow up with homeowners and vendors on open service requests.
• Gain proficiency in diverse customer communications and escalated issues.
• Drive repeat and referral business through feedback and surveys.
• Complete CCM Certification before operating independently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Must be able to climb ladders, scaffolding, and other means to reach and observe all areas of the building. Ability to work in various weather conditions – heat, rain, cold, etc.
