Keene State College is seeking an Assistant Coach for Men’s and Women’s Cross Country and Track & Field. In this role, you will assist in training sessions throughout the athletic seasons and take on additional duties such as recruiting and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in coaching Cross Country and Track & Field.
• Ability to assist with recruiting and administrative duties.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist the men’s and women’s teams throughout the season with additional duties.
• Plan in-season practice sessions and develop off-season training programs.
• Work with Strength and Conditioning coach on off-season conditioning.
