You will provide day-to-day technical leadership for critical electrical and mechanical systems, coordinate maintenance and incident response, and help lead the onsite team toward 100 percent availability while upholding safety, procedures, documentation, and continuous learning.

Job description

Position Summary

The Assistant Critical Facilities Manager supports the Critical Facilities Manager in the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the TCC mission critical facility in San Antonio. This role provides day-to-day technical and operational leadership for critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure, coordinates maintenance and incident response, and helps lead the onsite team toward the goal of 100 percent availability.

Reporting to the Critical Facilities Manager, the ACFM serves as an onsite client contact and an operational escalation point. The ACFM reinforces a strong safety culture, disciplined procedure use, accurate documentation, and continuous learning across the team. This is a non-exempt position.
