Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social services law or a related field.
• Knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Physical presence in the office is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel in daily operations of Children's Services.
• Participate in dependency and civil proceedings.
• Draft and review legal documents related to cases.
