Prosecution experience 0–5 years is preferred, but applicants with more experience are encouraged to apply. The position may involve traffic, misdemeanor, felony and/or child in need of care matters, depending on experience and needs.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ABA-approved law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Kansas.
• Willing to relocate to southeast Kansas.
