Yellow Medicine County is seeking a full-time Assistant County Attorney to perform legal services and litigate cases for the County Attorney’s Office. A J.D. degree and Minnesota license to practice law are required.

Prior experience as a practicing attorney, especially in criminal law or child protection, is preferred. Starting pay is $84,813–$117,448 with a 40-hour workweek and excellent benefits. Position open until filled.
