  • Own site minimum standards compliance; Assistant Coordinators are ultimately responsible for site compliance
  • Monitor and maintain adherence to Kidventure policy and procedure
  • Hold current CPR and First Aid certification, state-approved Sexual Abuse Prevention certification, and pass an annual criminal background check
Program oversight
  • Conduct regular site visits and follow up on site issues until fully resolvedAnswer phones, handle customer service, and assist families with registration

  • Step in to support sites, staff, Coordinators, or office operations when unexpected needs arise
  • Help identify operational gaps and proactively work toward solutions rather than waiting for issues to upscale
  • Maintain flexibility as program priorities shift throughout the school year and support the overall success of the Houston After School program

  • Experience leading youth programs, school-based operations, or a multi-site team
  • Comfortable spending the majority of the week on-site, coaching staff and leadership teams directly
