• Follow established food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of food and supplies.
• Help monitor kitchen inventory and supplies.
• Receive and store deliveries properly.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and workstations.
• Follow dietary department procedures and kitchen standards.
