How does your working day look like...

• You ensure smooth operations at your station, maintain a clean kitchen, and foster a team that works hand in hand – even when the ticket list is long.

• You prepare dishes according to prescribed standards, keep records, and monitor hygiene guideline compliance.

• You stand for the high quality of our food and inspire our young chefs and apprentices to aim for this goal.

• You independently manage your station and actively support all areas.

Qualifications
