Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and financial management experience.
• Experience in leadership roles (Assistant Controller/Accounting Manager/Controller).
• Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, GL).
• Experience with external auditors and GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations).
• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements.
• Ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
• Lead and mentor accounting team across multiple entities/locations.
