Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Operations Finance Analyst to support the Accounting department in forecasting, budgeting, labor and inventory controls, and audits across our Yosemite units. The role combines financial analysis with hands-on operating responsibilities to optimize vendor payments and cost control in a complex property portfolio.

Based in Yosemite and reporting to the Accounting team, you will handle invoice postings, verifications, and payment runs, while collaborating with property

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years minimum experience in supplier payments and invoice processing.
• Experience with supplier reconciliations is required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Property industry experience is an advantage but not crucial.
• Good planning and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Daily postings of supplier invoices across 3 operating systems
• Daily verification of supplier invoices
• Collaborating closely with Property Managers for approvals
• Supplier payment runs
• Expense recharges to clients/tenants
• Handling property rates for clients
• Collaborating with clients regarding supplier payments payable by them
• Documenting new procedures
• Maintaining logs to ensure we follow internal audit procedures

As the Operations Finance Analyst you will support the objectives of the Accounting department while assisting operating departments with forecasting, budget, labor and inventory controls, analysis, auditing as well as operational responsibilities for the units you are supporting.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $23.82 to $41.53. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

• Will be able to demonstrate good planning and organizational skills
