Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for comprehensive financial analysis and reporting.

• No more than 5-8 years of relevant experience, ideally within Asset Management, Real Estate, and/or Public Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the quarterly monthly supplemental package and assist in the preparation of the earnings release.
• Review annual and quarterly financial results packages, including income statement analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of footnotes to consolidated financial statements.
• Build and maintain the company models and update models to reflect new projections.
• Analyze quarterly valuation, performance, and projections for private equity funds portfolio.
