Qualifications

• 1-3 years of general accounting experience.
• 1-3 years working with payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support to Corporate Controller.
• Prepare and submit timely reports.
• Supervise accounts payables personnel.
• Reconcile General ledgers.
• Oversee Inventory Reconciliations.

Skills

Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and lite macros

Strong organizational skills

Ability to present information clearly

Attention to detail and accuracy in entering financial data

Education

Bachelor Degree in accounting or equivalent experience
