The full salary range is $93,200–$174,200 annually; the expected pay scale is up to $140,000 annually. Base salary offers consider education, licensure, certifications, experience, and business needs. This position reports to the Associate Vice Chancellor – Business & Financial Services and Controller. Responsibilities include managing the accuracy of financial statements, ensuring GAAP/GASB/regulatory compliance, preparing financial reports for executive leadership, providing budget‑to‑actual variance analysis, and supporting the CFO in strategic financial planning and forecasting, including establishing reporting templates. Applicants must have current UCR work authorization; sponsorship of employment visas is not available. All University employees must comply with applicable policies, collective bargaining agreements, and government directives.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience Requirements: 8–13 years of related experience.
