Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred or in progress.
• Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, and reconciliations advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Coordinate month, quarter, and year-end close activities including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Explain results to leadership, monitor KPIs, and support variance analysis.
• Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, fixed assets, cash, cost accounting, and inventory valuations.
• Drive process improvements to standardize, automate, and enhance accounting reporting.
• Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and other financial reviews; ensure internal controls.
