Opitz Bürotechnik is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. The role involves coordinating schedules, logs, and reporting for on-site and office work, and assisting with procurement and subcontractor activities.
The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–5 years of construction experience, with proficiency in BIM, Viewpoint/Procore/VICO, and MS Office. A valid driver's license is required.
The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for assisting with activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. This position participates in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversees its organization, scheduling, and implementation.

Environment: Work is performed primarily in an outdoor setting with exposure to all types of weather and temperature conditions, and travel from site to site.
