Job summary

Envolve is seeking an Assistant Community to support on-site management at Magruder Run Apartments in Hampton, VA. You will assist the Community Manager with daily operations, leasing, and resident relations to ensure a well-run community.

The role requires 1–2 years of tax credit and property management experience, solid MS Word/Excel skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and team-building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to details.
• Knowledge of tax credit is required.
• 1-2 years of Tax Credit and property management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
• Maintain knowledge of area competition and market surveys.
• Complete weekly activity reports, rental applications and leasing records.
• Record and report all resident requests to management.
• Assist in renewal and retention programs for residents.
• Collect, receip and record all rents; manage delinquent rents.
• Provide reports as required.
• Other tasks as assigned.
