Assistant Community Manager - Montcalm Apartments

Join CRM Rental Management, Inc. as an Assistant Community Manager at Montcalm Apartments in Queensbury, NY. We are seeking an experienced professional to support our team and help create a welcoming community for residents.

Pay Range

This range is provided by CRM Rental Management, Inc. Actual pay will depend on skills and experience. Talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Community Manager in maintaining a positive environment for residents and promoting the property’s features and benefits
  • Process move-in and move-out paperwork, security deposits, and lease renewals using property management software
  • Maintain and organize property and resident files, verifications, and collections
  • Support lease renewals and schedule lease signing appointments
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years’ experience in Affordable Housing, HUD, LIHTC, or RD programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and On-Site Rental System
  • Strong leasing and financial bookkeeping skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a confident attitude
