A growing property management firm is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to assist in the daily operation of our 140 unit property , The Village of Johnson Creek in Arlington TX.

• Responsibilities of a Assistant Manager;
• Be comfortable touring the property and presenting apartments to prospective clients in a persuasive manner.
• Evaluate clients' requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations.
• Validate application information and references.
• Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements.
• Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically.

WHAT WE REQUIRE :

• 3+ years in Multifamily property management, proven track record of success
• Strong admin and communication skills.
• LIHTC experience, required
• Ability to work Saturdays
• Valid driver's license
• Yardi experience, strongly preferred
• Successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug test

COMPENSATION :

• 20-25 / Hr. depending on role and experience.
• Monthly renewal commission and bonus opportunities
