KMG Prestige is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Pontiac, MI who is goal-oriented and passionate about property management. You will support day-to-day operations, assist with rent collection, and help market available units to prospective residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, tax credit experience preferred.
• Experience in leasing and closing deals.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong marketing, sales, and tenant relations skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Willing to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid by company).
